.......... .. .. ........... "Once In A While You Get Shown The Light In The Strangest Of Places If You Look At It Right" :Robert Hunter

All of the music recordings on this site are recordings of independent origin (ROIOs) Music that has not been officially released. If you are an artist or a legal representative of an artist and you do not want your ROIO shared on my site for free among your fans (and creating new fans), just tell me in the comment area and I will remove them. By the way these recordings exist. They won't go away. All of them can be found at various places on line. Sharing just keeps the fans that support the artists from having to get ripped off by purchasing them on auction sites, and it also introduces music to people who would never have known the artist, creating a stronger fan base.

Van Morrison, Bottom Line, NY, The Late Show 11-01-1978 (FM)

Here is some Van Morrison from the Bottom Line in New York.  This is a nice FM recording of the late show.  The information claims there was an early show and a late show and that both may be available.  Anyway, this one is pretty good and well worth a listen.

Comments by the original recorder:
This is Van the Man at the tiny Bottom Line Club in NYC.
It's a dynamite set list with a killer band.
I doubt that there is a better Morrison show circulating today.
This is the complete Late Show.
The King Biscuit people recorded the early show and
that floats around on the various trading sites.
If you could own only one Van Morrison show then this would be it.

  1. Hi, Jason here. Random question...

I want to hike through West Clear Creek. I want to drop in at FR 142B Calloway Trail and exit at Bullpen. Can you estimate how many miles the walk back to 142B would be if I followed the roads? Thansk

  2. That could be as much as 30 miles or more on the roads back. And that trek down the creek took us three days of hard scrambling. We do car shuttles. Hope you wait till it gets warmer.

  3. Yikes! Forgot to say a big THANKS for this one, AZ. Your offerings of late have been uniformly kind and superb, as usual.
