All of the music recordings on this site are recordings of independent origin (ROIOs) Music that has not been officially released. If you are an artist or a legal representative of an artist and you do not want your ROIO shared on my site for free among your fans (and creating new fans), just tell me in the comment area and I will remove them. By the way these recordings exist. They won't go away. All of them can be found at various places on line. Sharing just keeps the fans that support the artists from having to get ripped off by purchasing them on auction sites, and it also introduces music to people who would never have known the artist, creating a stronger fan base.

Los Lobos, Austin TX, November 1988 Acoustic Show (SBD)

This one is Los Lobos doing an acoustic show to promote the album La Pistola y El Corazon.  This album was dedicated to their Mexican musical heritage of Tejeno and Mariachi type folk music.  It is short  but sweet, and sounds great.  Another Arizona Jones exclusive.

Superpickers, Nashville Tennessee, 12-06-1990 (SBD)

Here is another great bluegrass recording billed as the "superpickers".  It has a different lineup than the March of 1990 show, but it still is "super" as far as talent level.  Four of the five musicians are on both recordings.  They dropped the banjo for this one and replaced Vassar Clements with
Stuart Duncan on fiddle.

Here are five recordings featuring the great Vassar Clements.
Vassar Clements has been dubbed the Father of Hillbilly Jazz, an improvisational style that blends and borrows from swing, hot jazz, and bluegrass along with roots also in country and other musical traditions.  Vassar Clements played on over 200 albums, including nearly 40 on which he starred or was featured.

He's risen from the dead, And now He walks the Streets of Galilee

 O' Mary, Mary
I know just whom You seek
You seek for Jesus
Whom they crucified last week
Now child, He's risen from the dead
And now He walks the Streets of Galilee

O' Mary, Mary
You know they hung Him from that tree
Run, Mary, run
Tell the disciples He is free
(O' Mary, Mary)
Now He is waiting just for you
Out on the streets of Galilee

Now when they got up to the mountain
Where He said He'd be
They worshipped and adored Him
And said, Lord, how can this be?
All power is within Me from sea to shining sea
Now, go tell all the world about Me
And tell them that I walk the Streets of Galilee
You can tell them I am alive and doing well
Out on the Streets of Galilee
