All of the music recordings on this site are recordings of independent origin (ROIOs) Music that has not been officially released. If you are an artist or a legal representative of an artist and you do not want your ROIO shared on my site for free among your fans (and creating new fans), just tell me in the comment area and I will remove them. By the way these recordings exist. They won't go away. All of them can be found at various places on line. Sharing just keeps the fans that support the artists from having to get ripped off by purchasing them on auction sites, and it also introduces music to people who would never have known the artist, creating a stronger fan base.

Donald Fagen Band, Toronto Canada, 3-13-2006 (SBD)

This is a great recording of the Donald Fagen Band.  This is pretty much like Steely Dan without Walter Becker.  Many of the same musicians.  Just a song list that is more of the Fagen solo album stuff mixed with some Steely Dan tunes.

Steely Dan, Boston 7-22-2009 (SBD)

A really great Steely Dan show.  They played BOTH Aja and the Royal Scam albums straight through and then played the Boston Rag, a song that had not been played in a long time and then played Dirty Water an old Standells song.  It is a very nice soundboard recording.  This one is a must have for any fan of Steely Dan.

Steely Dan, Sony Studios, New York, NY, 1-28-2000 (SBD)

Here is the raw audio from the source tapes of the show filmed for PBS back in 2000. It was the band's first show since 1996 and first show since recording their "Two Against Nature" studio album.  The  sound  quality of this is amazing.  This recording contains several songs that didn't make the final cut for the PBS Special and ensuing "Plush TV Party" DVD release.  Yes this is really good!

Steely Dan, Chicago, IL, 9-03-2009 (SBD)

This show features the complete performance of The Royal Scam album.  Steely Dan released their 5th album, The Royal Scam, in 1976. The album peaked at #15 on the charts, on it's way to being certified gold. The album featured guitarist Larry Carlton.  Larry joins the band for this show, to help re-create that album live in it's entirety. The sound quality of this recording is amazing, all instruments are clearly heard, and the vocals are crisp. This recording is a must have for any Steely Dan fan.

Steely Dan, Mansfield, MA 8-27-2006 (soundboard)

This nice soundboard just surfaced. The seeder said his friend has a friend that was a past crew member for the band, and the crew member gave him a few soundboard recordings. Well no matter how this came along it is pretty good. And it has Michael McDonald as a guest as an added treat. So I labled the tracks and added some artwork.
