By the way these recordings exist. They won't go away. All of them can be found at various places on line. Sharing just keeps the fans that support the artists from having to get ripped off by purchasing them on auction sites, and it also introduces music to people who would never have known the artist, creating a stronger fan base.

Shawn Lane, Jonas Hellborg & Jeff Sipe, Lake Toxaway, NC, Three shows from August 1996 (SBD)

 
Shawn Lane was one of the most technically accomplished players of all time with a melodic ear, Lane was named by the American Guitar Institute as the "greatest guitarist who ever lived".  Shawn Lane died in 2003 but we can still hear his music.  This is a great recording of him shredding on the guitar with amazing bass player Jonas Helborg and the great Jeff Sipe on drums.  The musicianship on this is amazing.  Words can't describe it.  It may have been billed as Hellborg, Lane, Sipe, Band.  

I already posted the first show of this three day run.  So here are the next two days to go with it.  These second two shows came from Dave Sez and his extensive Dave sez archives.  He was nice enough to contact me and offer these sweet sounding recordings.  A big thanks to Dave!
